Follow the date, promoter and lineup

Prague Drum and Bass Clubs: Find the Right Event, Lineup and Ticket

Prague has a serious bass audience, but no venue name guarantees the genre every night. Choose the dated event first; let the address follow.

The Scene Is Event-Led

Promoters move between rooms, venues rotate genres and subgenres change the character of the night. Liquid, dancefloor, jump-up and neurofunk are not interchangeable experiences. The flyer and lineup are the product description.

Stale-guide warning

Storm Club closed in April 2025. If a roundup still presents it as a current pillar, verify every other timetable claim before relying on it.

Central headliners, only on the right date

ROXY: Read the Current Event Page

ROXY at Dlouhá 33 is the most central practical check. Its current calendar includes a dedicated drum-and-bass filter and multiple dated 2026 bookings, alongside rock, techno, hip-hop and other electronic events.

That makes it useful when a confirmed headliner fits your travel date—not because the building promises one genre. Check the lineup, ticket status, door time and any published set times before building the night around it.

Distinctive venue, mixed non-mainstream programme

Cross Club: Confirm the Genre and Room

Cross Club at Plynární 23 in Holešovice is visually unmistakable. Prague City Tourism describes it as a multicultural centre mixing non-mainstream genres, which is precisely why “alternative” cannot be translated into “drum and bass tonight.”

Confirm the date, named artists and, when specified, the room. The mechanical architecture can make a night memorable, but it cannot tell you what the DJ will play.

Fuchs2: Let the Lineup Justify the Trip

Fuchs2 on Štvanice publishes a rotating programme built around individual events. It is a clear example of the local ecosystem: the same room can host different crews and electronic styles from one date to the next.

Read the full lineup, follow the promoter's current announcement and use the ticket link supplied by the venue or organiser. The venue is the container; the event is the reason to travel there.

Four Checks Before You Travel

1. Exact dateOld snippets and roundups outlive real programmes.
2. ArtistsCheck two or three names to identify the likely subgenre.
3. TicketUse the primary link and look for a sold-out notice.
4. TimingRead published doors and set times; never invent them.

Prepare for the Physical Night

Protect hearingBring earplugs you can wear comfortably for several hours.
Travel lightUse the cloakroom for a winter coat or bulky bag when available.
Buy deliberatelyBook ahead when a named artist is the reason for the night.
Opening hours are not set times

A running order can appear close to the event. Check last admission and re-entry rules as well as the headline slot.

Plan the Return Before the First Drop

ROXY is central, while Cross Club and Fuchs2 sit in Prague 7. Before leaving your accommodation, map the relevant night tram, the transfer and the final walk. Save the route rather than rebuilding it outside at 04:30.

If you are visiting Sunday to Wednesday, build the night from the dated programme instead of assuming a weekend-scale rave exists. Carry valid photo ID and prepare for the door without guessing; a sold-out entrance is not a negotiation.

Want One Shared Start Before the Late Event?

A hosted cruise does not replace the rave. It can give a mixed group one meeting point before people split toward different late venues.
