All ticket sales are final. If you cannot attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person by contacting our team on WhatsApp before the event date.

Our events are strictly for guests 18 and older. Valid photo ID or passport is required for entry.

After purchase, you'll get an email confirmation with a QR code. Show this code at the entrance — printed or on your phone.

The boat departs on schedule. Late arrivals cannot be refunded or exchanged. We recommend arriving early to avoid missing the departure.

Event times may change due to weather, safety, or external factors. Guests will be informed via email or WhatsApp if modifications occur.
